Cyril Crawford (my Grandad) is as far as we are able to go back on this branch of the family at present. Cyril was adopted, from a Bernardo's home at a young age and never disclosed his blood roots (although it is believed that he once met his Mother).

Cyril joined the army in 1940 and information about his military service and four years in Austria as a prisoner of war, can be found by following the Army and POW link on the left.
